Cartridge Return Policy
All returned cartridges must be at least seventy percent (70%) full to be within the guidelines of our return or replacement policy. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% full we will contact you with further instructions. In the event that your troubleshooting of a cartridge is unsuccessful, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-658-6637 and they will be glad to assist you in processing a return, replacement, or refund.
Please note that all products must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by our Customer Service department prior to any return. In order to obtain the aforementioned RMA you must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-658-6637. No refunds will be processed or issued until we have received the product which you are requesting a refund for in our possession. If you need a replacement product immediately, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed upon payment.
Within the first 30 days from shipping we will refund the full purchase price excluding any shipping charges (except OEM's). If a product is beyond thirty days from original purchase date, no refund option is available. We accept opened cartridges for 90 days from date of shipment, and unopened cartridges for 180 days from the date of shipment for credit or replacement. Printer Cartridge OnLine is not responsible for any cartridges returned outside of the aforementioned policy and therefore any returned product will become the sole property of Printer Cartridge OnLine. Please allow standard shipping time of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our Return Department and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. All credit requests will be completed within one to two billing periods, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit to your account. Please note that we have no control over how long your credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we have submitted the data to them, we will do everything within our control to expedite the process. Other Information:
If the OEM product is not defective and has not been opened or damaged you may return the product at your expense within 30 days from date of shipment for a refund, less a 18% restocking fee and shipping charges. Exchanges
No exchange will be processed until we have product which you are requesting to be exchanged in our possession
Opened product outside of the thirty day full refund time period is still eligible for exchange up to 90 days from the date of shipment. If you wish to exchange this product please call our customer service at 888-658-6637 for further assistance. Product which is unopened can be returned for full exchange up to 180 days from date of shipment. A restocking fee of 18% will be assessed on all orders that are returned after 30 days and product is NOT opened. Returns/exchanges on promotional items
If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased at a promotional price you will be required to pay the difference between the new order and the previous order. Shipping charges on refunds/exchanges
If you are charged shipping on your original order then this shipping charge cannot be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you are not charged shipping on your original order of supplies excluding hardware then a $6.95 shipping and handling fee will be assessed. This is included on all store credits and refunds. When returning an item for exchange or refund Printer Cartridge Online is not responsible for product being delivered to our warehouses. It is up to you as the consumer to place any desired insurance on items being shipped back to our warehouses. If there is no tracking number placed on return product and the item does not make it back to our warehouse, Printer Cartridge OnLine is not liable for the lost product/products.

We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in trems different from what is disclosed in this statement. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
